Privacy Policy
How RCMA Valet LLC collects, uses, and protects your information.
This Privacy Policy explains how RCMA Valet LLC (“RCMA Valet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website, request a quote, book valet services, or otherwise interact with us online or offline.
By using our website or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:
- Contact information (such as your name, phone number, email address).
- Event details (such as event date, time, location, estimated guest count).
- Business details if you’re inquiring on behalf of a venue, restaurant, or company.
We may also collect:
- Technical information about your visit (such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited), collected via cookies or similar technologies.
- Communication history (such as emails or messages sent via our contact forms or social media).
- Mobile App Data (Employees & Staff): If you use our internal mobile application, we collect precise location data (GPS) and device information to facilitate operational features like geofenced time-tracking and payment processing.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for purposes including:
- Responding to quote requests and service inquiries.
- Scheduling and providing valet services at your event or location.
- Communicating with you about bookings, changes, or follow-up.
- Improving our website, services, and customer experience.
- Running advertising and analytics to understand interest in our services.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Mobile Application Permissions & Hardware
To provide secure and efficient valet operations, the RCMA Valet iOS application requests specific device permissions. We handle this data with strict security protocols:
- Location Services (GPS): We require "When In Use" location access to verify that employees are physically within a designated venue's geofence before allowing them to clock in or out. Location data is used strictly for time-and-attendance validation and is not tracked continuously in the background after your shift ends. Stripe also requires location data to securely process physical transactions.
- Bluetooth & NFC (Tap to Pay): The app requires Bluetooth and near-field communication (NFC) access strictly to interface with supported Stripe card readers and process secure "Tap to Pay on iPhone" transactions. We do not use Bluetooth for any form of location tracking or personal data collection.
- SMS Communications: We collect customer and staff phone numbers to facilitate automated SMS text messaging (e.g., requesting a vehicle, notifying a customer their car is ready). This is securely routed through our communications provider (Twilio).
4. Cookies and Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Remember your preferences and improve site functionality.
