The company

Who we are

RCMA Valet LLC parks cars for hosts, restaurants and venue managers across Northeast Ohio. The company is owned by two partners and run day to day by a management team. Some nights that is a dinner service with two attendants on the curb. Other nights it is a 150-guest wedding with four. The job does not change: take the car fast, keep the lane clear, and hand the keys back before anyone is standing around wondering where their car went.

We work regularly with The Aviator, Orchard Bar and Table, Chez François and MOCA Cleveland. The rest of the calendar is private work: weddings, holiday parties, fundraisers, corporate parties, and events at homes and rented venues. It is the same valet team for a dinner rush and a wedding reception, and the same flat-rate valet service either way.

The plan

We plan the arrival before we park a single car

Most valet problems are decided before the first guest shows up. So we work out the approach first: where the lane starts, which curbs actually work, and where cars can legally stage once the closest lot fills. Downtown that means knowing the permit streets in Ohio City and Tremont, and keeping an arrival lane moving when a Guardians game lets out two blocks away.

At a house the question is smaller but the same: does the driveway load, or the street? We answer it before twenty cars turn up in the same ten minutes. Guests never see the plan. They just notice that nobody had to wait.

The ticket

Paper tickets, with a digital option

Every guest gets a classic paper ticket. At select locations and events, that ticket also carries a QR code or a number to text, so a guest can call the car down from their table instead of queuing at the stand.

Where restaurants and venues use that option, it earns its keep at the end of the night, when fifty people decide to leave at once and the curb would otherwise back up.

The night

What you get on the night

Our valet attendants arrive in uniform, with the crew sized to the car count — roughly one attendant per 20 to 25 cars, two to four for a home party, three or four for a 150-guest wedding. The rate is flat and agreed up front, with no hourly creep when the night runs long.

Attendants work rain, snow, and lake-effect nights the same way they work a clear evening in June. Wedding, gala, fundraiser, holiday party, corporate party, or a restaurant’s busiest Saturday — the setup scales, the standard does not move.

Coverage

Where we work

The map runs from Chez François in Vermilion to Orchard Bar and Table on Catawba Island, and covers Downtown Cleveland, Ohio City, Lakewood, Beachwood, Independence, Strongsville and Parma in between.

If your venue is in Northeast Ohio and has a curb, tell us where it is. Odds are we have already parked cars on that street.

Questions

About RCMA Valet questions

Who parks the cars?

Uniformed RCMA Valet attendants. Every attendant is at least 18 and holds a valid driver’s license, and the crew is briefed on your venue, your timing, and where each car will be staged before the first guest arrives.

What if something happens to my car?

Tell the attendant at the stand before you leave. We keep a vehicle report form on location and fill it out with you on the spot, so there is a written record right away. Your valet ticket carries this information too, so you always have it in hand.

Book

Start with a flat-rate quote

Quotes are free and fast once we know the date, the address, roughly how many guests, and where cars can go. What moves the number: guest count, how long we are on site, how far the parking is from the door, how many attendants that takes, and what time the cars leave. The same process covers a small house party and event valet at a 150-guest wedding. We answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
