Every venue parks differently. A harbor-town restaurant on a Friday night in Northeast Ohio needs a different lane than a wedding where every car gets called at once. Below are the places we cover, and what each arrival actually takes.

Vermilion, Ohio
Chez François & Touché Bistro
Fine dining on the Vermilion River, where Main Street parking runs out early on a summer evening. We staff the drop-off for dinner service, wine dinners and private buyouts, then time retrievals to the table instead of a queue.

Cleveland, Ohio
The Aviator Event Center & Pub
Airport-adjacent and busiest on the nights when a dinner crowd and an event crowd land together. We split the curb so neither one waits behind the other, and stage cars where Brookpark traffic stays clear.

Avon Lake and Cleveland’s West Side
Emerald Event Center
Avon Lake, with West Side coverage through Westlake and Rocky River
Weddings and banquets where guests arrive in formalwear and leave all at once. We plan the departure before the first car lands, keep the cars for the couple and immediate family close, and work off your coordinator’s timeline.

Cleveland, Ohio
The Madison
An event and reception venue on Payne Avenue that lists RCMA Valet among its recommended vendors. Its own lot holds a little over 30 cars against a guest list that runs into the hundreds, so the venue recommends valet for its larger events.

Port Clinton and Catawba Island
Orchard Bar & Table
A Lake Erie destination restaurant, where summer weekends arrive in waves rather than a steady trickle. Clear lanes, an attendant on the curb and staging that keeps Catawba Road moving while guests eat.

University Circle, Cleveland
MOCA Cleveland & cultural events
Openings, fundraisers and private receptions in University Circle, where street parking is scarce and most guests arrive inside the same half hour. We staff the curb so that half hour does not turn into a line at the door.

Westlake, Ohio
LaCentre Conference & Banquet Facility
Ballroom weddings and corporate galas on Detroit Road: large guest counts, one main entrance and a departure that happens in a single wave. If your event is at LaCentre, send the date and we will plan the lane, the signage and the staging lot.

Private events across the region
Homes, estates, weddings & corporate events
Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Lorain, Medina and surrounding Northeast Ohio
Plenty of events never touch a venue. Tented backyards, long driveways, office campuses, holiday parties and fundraisers each come with their own parking problem. We work it out before the first guest turns in: where the lane goes, where cars stage, how far the walk back is and how many attendants it takes.
The rule of thumb is one attendant per 20–25 cars, with a minimum of two so arrivals and retrievals never stall. A 150-guest wedding usually runs 3–4 attendants; most home parties run 2–4. Guest count, duration, time of day and the distance to parking are what move the number — and the quote.

Your venue isn’t on this list
That is normal. Most of our work starts somewhere new: a restaurant adding weekend valet, a fundraiser at a museum, a corporate party in an office lot. Send the address and we will work out the parking before we quote it.
