Valet That Matches the Moment
A wedding is the one event where every detail is on display. Our uniformed attendants greet guests curbside, handle keys with a documented process, and keep the arrival area calm even when forty cars show up in fifteen minutes. Grandparents get door-to-door help, the wedding party gets priority staging, and nobody circles the block in formalwear.
We plan around your timeline: staggered ceremony arrivals, cocktail-hour lulls, and the end-of-night rush when everyone leaves at once. Your coordinator gets one point of contact and zero parking questions.
Venues, Estates & Backyards
We staff weddings at banquet halls, museums, wineries, country clubs, lakefront properties, and private homes. Tight residential streets and long gravel driveways are our specialty β we build a staging plan for the actual property, not a generic template.
- Ceremony and reception arrival flow, mapped in advance
- Marked valet lane, signage, and staffed drop-off point
- Organized key control and vehicle staging
- Priority retrieval for the couple, family, and vendors
- Fully insured, professionally dressed attendants
How Wedding Valet Pricing Works
Wedding valet pricing depends on guest count, expected cars, event length, and the distance between the drop-off point and parking. Most couples book 2β6 attendants. Send us your date, venue, and estimated guest count and we return clear, flat pricing β no surprises on the invoice, no tip jars unless you want them.
Peak Saturdays in MayβOctober book out first. If your date is close, request a quote and we'll confirm availability quickly.
Wedding Valet Questions
How many valet attendants does a wedding need?
A good rule of thumb is one attendant per 20β25 cars, with a minimum of two so arrivals and retrievals never stall. A 150-guest wedding usually runs 3β4 attendants. We size the team from your guest count, venue layout, and timeline.
Can you park cars at a private home or estate wedding?
Yes. Home and estate weddings are one of our most-requested services. We scout the property layout, stage cars on approved streets, fields, or nearby lots, and keep the driveway clear for the couple, caterers, and photographers.
How far in advance should we book wedding valet?
For peak-season Saturdays, 4β8 weeks ahead is safest. We can often accommodate shorter notice β send your date through the quote form and we'll confirm right away.
Are your attendants insured?
Yes. RCMA Valet is fully insured, and our attendants are trained on key control, guest assistance, and vehicle care at every event.
