Uniformed attendants greet guests curbside, run documented key control, and keep the arrival area calm even when forty cars show up in fifteen minutes. Grandparents get door-to-door help, the wedding party gets priority staging, and nobody circles the block in formalwear. We plan around your timeline: staggered ceremony arrivals, the cocktail-hour lull, and the end-of-night rush when everyone leaves at once. If the forecast turns, the plan does not. Your coordinator gets one point of contact and zero parking questions.

We staff weddings at banquet halls, museums, lakefront properties, and private homes — including MOCA Cleveland, Emerald Event Center in Avon Lake, and Chez François in Vermilion. Tight residential streets and long gravel driveways are the normal case here, so we build the staging plan around the actual property rather than a generic template. How wedding valet pricing works
Four things move the number: guest count, expected cars, how long the event runs, and the distance between the drop-off point and the parking. Most couples book 2–6 attendants. Send your date, venue, and estimated guest count, and one flat rate comes back — nothing added to the invoice afterward, and no tip jar at the door unless you want one.

Wedding valet questions
How many valet attendants does a wedding need?
A good rule of thumb is one attendant per 20–25 cars, with a minimum of two so arrivals and retrievals never stall. A 150-guest wedding usually runs 3–4 attendants. We size the team from your guest count, venue layout, and timeline.
What happens if it rains or snows on our wedding day?
Northeast Ohio weather is part of the job. Our attendants work rain, snow, and lake-effect nights, and door-to-door service matters most exactly when the weather is worst. Guests are dropped at a marked, staffed point by the door instead of crossing a wet lot on foot. The cars for the couple and their family stay staged closest to the exit.
Can you park cars at a private home or estate wedding?
Yes. Home and estate weddings are one of our most-requested services. We scout the property layout, stage cars on approved streets, fields, or nearby lots, and keep the driveway clear for the couple, caterers, and photographers.
How far in advance should we book wedding valet?
For peak-season Saturdays, 4–8 weeks ahead is safest. We can often accommodate shorter notice — send your date through the quote form and we’ll confirm right away.

Who parks the cars?
Uniformed RCMA Valet attendants. Every attendant is at least 18 and holds a valid driver’s license, and the crew is briefed on your venue, your timing, and where each car will be staged before the first guest arrives.
What if something happens to my car?
Tell the attendant at the stand before you leave. We keep a vehicle report form on location and fill it out with you on the spot, so there is a written record right away. Your valet ticket carries this information too, so you always have it in hand.
What if our date or guest count changes?
Plans change, and that is okay. Let us know as soon as you can, and we will do everything we can to accommodate the new date, time, or guest count.
