Westlake events, first car to last
Your first guest turns off Detroit Road at 6:58. An attendant opens the door, hands over a classic paper ticket, and the car is gone before the next one turns in. Four hours later that same car is at the curb before your guest has finished saying goodbye. That is the whole job: nobody circles the block, nobody walks three streets in heels, nobody leaves a car on a neighbor’s tree lawn.
Westlake gives us more room to work with than most West Side cities. Deep private drives in the older neighborhoods off Dover Center and Bradley, commercial lots along Center Ridge and Detroit Road, and office parking on the Clemens Road corridor that empties after six. We settle the staging before your date, not on the night. Westlake events get professional, licensed drivers who walk the property with you before the date, so staging is settled and there are no surprises on the night.

Coverage
Where the cars actually go
Every Westlake quote starts with one question: where do sixty cars live for four hours? The answer is usually one of four.
On the property itself, stacked in the order cars will leave — the standard plan for an estate drive with depth.
An adjacent business lot, arranged in writing before the date. Common along Detroit Road and Center Ridge Road, where an evening event and a daytime tenant rarely collide.
Office parking on the Clemens or Crocker Road corridors, which sits quiet on weekends and after hours.
Legal street space on a residential block, checked against the posted signs during the site walk instead of assumed from a map.
If a plan needs a property manager’s sign-off, we ask for it while you are still mailing invitations — not the week of the event.
Corporate
The corporate corridor and retail traffic
Westlake’s retail district changes the math for any event near it. Garages fill on a Saturday evening, and the streets around them carry shopping traffic well past dinner. For a corporate reception or a client dinner nearby, we can hold a drop lane clear of the retail flow so a guest arriving at seven is not queued behind someone circling for a restaurant spot.
We take corporate events along the Clemens Road and Crocker Road office corridors: quarterly meetings, vendor appreciation nights, grand openings, and the December run of corporate holiday parties. We coordinate with building management ahead of the date.

Estate drives and backyard parties
The older streets — Bradley, Dover Center, Columbia — hide long driveways and deep back lots that make beautiful party sites and terrible parking lots. Two to four attendants cover most home events here. A 150-guest wedding on private property usually needs three or four — our rule everywhere is roughly one attendant per 20 to 25 cars.
The cars go out of sight. Your driveway photographs as a driveway, and your neighbors keep their frontage.

Questions
Westlake valet questions
Can you run valet near Westlake’s busy retail streets?
Yes. We take private and corporate events across Westlake, and we plan the drop lane and staging around retail and weekend traffic.
How many attendants would a Westlake estate party need?
Two to four, depending on guest count and driveway layout. Send your date and an estimated car count through the quote form and we’ll size it exactly.
What does valet parking cost in Westlake?
Every quote is a flat rate for the event, not an hourly meter running while you cut the cake. What moves the number: guest count, how long the lane has to be staffed, how far the parking sits from the door, and the time of day. Send those details and the quote comes back free.
Do your attendants work in bad weather?
Yes. Rain, snow, and lake-effect nights are exactly when guests decide valet was worth it. The lane runs the same way in February as it does in June.
