A fundraiser or charity gala is a surge problem: most guests arrive inside the same thirty minutes, then trickle out over hours as the program runs long. We staff a donor drop-off lane for that peak — uniformed attendants, classic paper tickets, and a flat rate that does not creep when the evening runs past schedule.
Committees get one point of contact for the drop-off plan, the signage, and where cars stage, so the parking question is settled before the first guest arrives.

What private party valet costs
The price comes from three things: how long you need us, how many cars turn up, and how far those cars have to be staged. You get one flat quote up front — no hourly creep, nothing added afterward. Tell us your date, address, guest count, and a rough car estimate, and the staffing plan and the price come back together. The same flat-rate approach covers a birthday, a holiday party valet booking, or a backyard fundraiser.

How much does it cost to hire valet for a house party?

Where do you park the cars for a home event?
During planning we identify legal, safe staging: approved street parking, a nearby lot or church we arrange, or on-property fields and driveways. We confirm the plan with you before the event so there are no surprises.
Do guests tip the valet?
That’s your call. Many hosts prefer a no-tipping event so guests never reach for their wallets — we can display a small “gratuity included” sign. Either way, our attendants provide the same service.
Can you handle winter and rain events?
Yes — Northeast Ohio weather is part of the job. Attendants work rain, snow, and lake-effect nights, and door-to-door service matters most exactly when the weather is worst.
Who parks the cars?
Uniformed RCMA Valet attendants. Every attendant is at least 18 and holds a valid driver’s license, and the crew is briefed on your venue, your timing, and where each car will be staged before the first guest arrives.
What if something happens to my car?
Tell the attendant at the stand before you leave. We keep a vehicle report form on location and fill it out with you on the spot, so there is a written record right away. Your valet ticket carries this information too, so you always have it in hand.
What if our date or guest count changes?
Plans change, and that is okay. Let us know as soon as you can, and we will do everything we can to accommodate the new date, time, or guest count.
