Staffing follows the car count, roughly one attendant per 20 to 25 cars. A 150-guest wedding usually lands at three or four attendants; a party at a private home usually needs two to four. Long walks from the field to the barn door push that number up.

The number follows guest count, how long the stand is staffed, the distance between the entrance and the parking, the attendants that distance requires, and the time of day.
