Every restaurant’s math is different, so we build the program around yours: a flat rate the house covers, guest-paid valet, or a validation model. How does restaurant valet pricing work?

Can you run valet for just Friday and Saturday nights?
Yes. Weekend-only and event-night coverage is common. We also scale up for holidays like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and New Year’s Eve when every table turns.
What is smart ticketing?
At select locations, tickets include a QR code or text number so guests can request their car from the table. Cars are staged and waiting when they walk out — shorter curb lines, faster table turns.
Do you serve restaurants outside downtown Cleveland?
Yes — we run restaurant valet across Northeast Ohio, from downtown and Ohio City to Vermilion, Westlake, Rocky River, Beachwood, and beyond.
Who parks the cars?
Uniformed RCMA Valet attendants. Every attendant is at least 18 and holds a valid driver’s license, and the crew is briefed on your venue, your timing, and where each car will be staged before the first guest arrives.
What if something happens to my car?
Tell the attendant at the stand before you leave. We keep a vehicle report form on location and fill it out with you on the spot, so there is a written record right away. Your valet ticket carries this information too, so you always have it in hand.
